Escape to an extraordinary location, for a luxurious experience, exquisite dinner with performances and installations at the Gala Nocturna Dark Luxury Costume Ball.
Weaving your way through the narrow streets of the San Polo district or navigating the water on the canals amidst twinkling lights and embraced by the night air on your way to San Giovanni Evangelista in extravagant dress to attend a grand evening.
You glide up the huge staircases and walk into the extraordinary Salone San Giovanni into a transcendent experience; a costume ball like no other and exquisite dinner for a total olfactory luxurious and immersive experience – an escape into another world, dancing in the glory of ascension.
The Gala Nocturna was conceived and is organized by Viona Art Studio, headed up by Viona ielegems and business concept developer Dirk von Heinrichshorst. Viona, an experienced photographer and art director envisioned elegance and gracefulness of men and women embodied in a moment frozen in time, taking place in another dimension, a dream world like a fairy tale, a world beyond imagination which was further evolved with the assistance of Dirk, who brought to the event, his experience with innovative internet technologies. With ten successful editions, each one with a different theme, 500 guests from all over Europe, all attending in spectacular costumes, this is a rich program that promises a unique experience.
The Venice Carnival has for centuries hosted some of the most extravagant parties, attracting revellers to celebrate the unique culture and travel back in time through tradition and costume in this decadent festival. The parallels in costume to the two events represented an opportunity to reinvigorate the spirit of the carnival and offer a twist to the candy-coated carnival, a decidedly darker, luxurious contemporary twist, sure to be an escape to remember!
