With the closure of Colette in Paris, Corso Como 10 is the international standout multi-brand store for experimental fashion and a fitting place to launch the Food for Fashion collaboration and capsule collection of streetwear designer Carlo Volpi for Galateo & Friends, a not-so-usual Italian olive oil line.
With an already robust history favoring collaborations, the innovative olive oil brand is making waves in and outside of the kitchen. Besides the high quality of the oil with it’s succinct creaminess and slight pinch of pepper, the brand has long been pairing up with chefs, restaurants, artists and designers, somehow always one step ahead of the rest.
Maintaining Italy’s reputation for fashion and food, Marco Bonaldo, Galateo’s CEO and Carlo Volpi a knitwear designer have united under their shared love of both worlds.
The collection includes the brands four extra-virgin olive oils made of delicate and prized Taggiasca olives, a balsamic vinegar from Modena, an apple vinegar dressing and a red wine vinegar.
The exclusive capsule collection is presented in a colorful and fun gift box.
