The Canadian luxury outerwear brand Moose Knuckles has partnered with global superstar Post Malone for an exclusive capsule collection of 10 no-gender garments.

Emotions have run high this fashion season as luxury anti-luxury narratives are present throughout many collections, both in the practical world and in the Metaverse, offering contrasting imagery, metaphors and commentary on environmental and social issues.

Amidst the commotion, the luxury outerwear brand Moose Knuckles’ anti-luxury collection created with Post Malone is an inspirational oasis. The wintertime collab was launched on the 29 settembre 2022 on the Mooseknucklescanada.com site e presso rivenditori selezionati come Neiman Marcus, Harrods, Galerie Lafayette, Gente Roma, Jelmoli, Sreffl, Breuninger e BSTN.

Post Malone's inventive style was a natural fit for the disruptive Moose Knuckles brand. The iconic silhouettes of Moose Knuckles jackets like the 3Q, are reinterpreted with the Realtree ™ camouflage print in black, and a new yellow created just for the collaboration. Known for its photorealistic camouflage prints, Kentucky-based Realtree ™ is associated with a cool country lifestyle that Post Malone also aligns with.

The artist says of his experience: "This collaboration with Moose Knuckles was natural right from the start. The collection is about celebrating and doing things your way based on your instincts. I'm really proud of what we've created and hope you all love it as much as we do".

Some of the iconic pieces reinterpreted by Malone are the insulated "Bunny" hooded sweatshirt with detachable black sherpa and shearling hood, a zip-up sherpa jacket, and matching joggers, and accessories like the Sherpa baseball cap with a new circular patch and Moose Knuckles logo. Exceptional details like black metal hardware, hinges, and a revisited special edition logo are some of the elements that render this capsule collection exclusive and worth the cop, with pieces ranging in price from 150 a 1025 euros.

Not only the 3Q jacket but the entire collection has been reimagined also in children’s sizes, inspired by Bobby Greanleaf’s son, a close friend of Post Malone and Creative Director.

The collection represents another medium for the artist’s genre-defying self-expression and sound.

The Campaign video featuring a performance by Post Malone wearing pieces from his Moose Knuckles capsule collection, is a visual journey and soundscape into dark, cold winter nights, hypnotic and alluring.

The dynamic triple platinum artist, whose repertoire includes collaborations with artists like The Weeknd, 21 Savage, with Swae Lee for the “SpiderMan: Into The Spider-Verse” movie soundtrack, and many others, continues to break through barriers, demonstrating his creative range.

A representative from the Moose Knuckles brand describes the choice to work with Malone:

"We choose to work with talent who aligns with our core values. Moose Knuckles x Post Malone is the most authentic form of a ‘luxury, anti-luxury’ collection. We’ve never taken ourselves too seriously and when we met Post [Malone], our energy immediately connected! ".

- Dominique Lagleva, Vice President, Global Marketing, Moose Knuckles

The tone of the collection, also present in the campaign videos, channels a connection to one's instincts, function and form, and a call for creative freedom of expression. Even in the colder months, the carefree spirit woven into the design lightens up one of nature's harsher seasons offering comfort and iconic style.
