SOCIAL BITE | Giacomo Nee...loves Zanotti

With a fascination for Surrealism and mixed media, the emblematic work of contemporary artist Giacomo Nee can be found in his studio, Bucobianco. An up-and-coming artist, he has already collaborated with artists like Luca Finotti for an editorial in FuckingYoung, creating pieces that are catching the eye of Milan's most discerning residents.

Where is your favorite place to stop for a quick bite or a little indulgence? Often when I'm hungry I go to Zanotti, a sandwich shop in Piazza Cinque Giornate.

What do you get there? I particularly like their focaccia, I think it could be one of the best in Milan!

Why is it so good? It's always just made, and it's soft and crunchy at the same time! You can also find really interesting ingredients there and when I'm craving something different, I am always satisfied.

When is the best time to go? For me it's in the afternoon, around 4pm to 5pm, when I'm hungry and taking a break from work.

How did you find this place? My gallery, Bucobianco is on via Sciesa and really close. It just just a couple minutes on foot to get there!
