For Milan Fashion Week the CGC team paid a visit to Hogan, part of Tod's Group, to see the presentation of their Autumn/Winter 2025-26 collection, inspired by the city in which it's headquarters resides.
This season the brand looked to Milan itself to acquire a sense of what it's like living in the city, and connect with the unique vibe it emits. The team looked to channel particular details like the color palettes and elegance of the architecture seen on the facades of historical buildings and grand archways, and elements from the mix of materials used like marble, stone, and metallic accents.
It all starts with the shoes.
As expected from an international footwear giant, the focal points of Hogan's A/W 2025/2026 collection were sporty comfortable sneakers, hearty winter boots, and a effortlessly chic loafers. Not only the city's aesthetic is reflected in the collection but also the energy and versatility of the new generation of young Milanese.
Being able to go from work or school, to coffee or an aperitivo, is crucial for Milan's fashion-conscious city dwellers but the ability to dress for comfort is just as important.

Hogan's A/W 2025/2026 collection offers an innovative approach to design that proposes combining elements of sportswear and alpine winter wear as a novel concept adapted for urban city living. The brand holds fast to their aesthetic codes that play on irreverence and elegance with highlights like the Hogan Olympia ballerina and sneaker shoes that come in natural shades like a chestnut tan suede, feather white, and silver, as well as their shearling covered snow boots. The H does abide in the Hogan house and this season, the house's famous H will be found on the shearling boots as well as sneakers, fused into their renowned stripes.
